FASCISM: MY PERSONAL ADAPTATION AND ITS APPLICATION TO URUGUAY.

Fascism emerged in 1919 after the Great War. This ideology was conceived and forged by the former socialist leader, Benito Mussolini, former editor of the socialist newspaper Avanti!, to unify Italy under a single ideal, reclaim the territories promised by the Entente in 1915 in exchange for Italy's entry into the war—a promise that was betrayed at its conclusion.

In a relatively short time, this ideology achieved its initial goals when its leader assumed power in Italy in 1924 after the March on Rome.

Today, from our perspective more than 100 years later, and in our nation of Uruguay, it is certainly a relevant ideology; it simply needs adaptation, and that is what I have theorized, from my own point of view, to our time and country.

In this degraded, backward, regressed country, plundered by the political maneuvering within the democracy that has prevailed since the last administration of the de facto civilian-military government. This political maneuvering is based on liberalism, progressivism, socialism, communism, feminism, and all other kinds of ideologies imported by the globalism of foreign nations, elites, and foreign organizations that, driven by a satanic impulse and selfishness, seek to destroy the strength of nations for their own benefit.

Therefore, I will strive to detail this essay in sections with paragraphs bearing conceptual titles to optimize its organization.

POLITICAL ASPECT:

Politics) Advertising, partisan, and electoral politics must be eliminated. A rigid administrative and governmental policy must be implemented in a feasible manner, centered on governing the country for its benefit. Without corruption, clientelism, or favoritism.

Nothing should be tolerated outside of selection based on merit, ability, and knowledge.

(Leadership Concept) The government must be centered on and based on the unifying vision of a strong leader, who has the supreme capacity to receive and manage the needs, problems, and concerns of all.

(Nation) The nation must be sovereign and independent, without foreign political or economic interference in its government. It must also promote its values and identity among its population.

(Ideology) No ideology, be it liberalism, progressivism, socialism, communism, or any other that is subversive to the established order, should be tolerated.

ECONOMIC ASPECT: FOREIGN, STATE, AND NATIVE OWNERSHIP.

State intervention in the economy should be limited only by legal, administrative, and organizational constraints. There should be no unnecessary interference or meddling.

Foreign ownership, including that of multinational corporations, must be strictly prohibited, with the exception of immigrants who have adapted and become naturalized citizens.

Native ownership must be completely free and supported for entrepreneurs.

UNIONS, COLLECTIVE ORGANIZATIONS, AND LABOR.

Private workers' unions, which obviously operate for the economic benefit of their leaders, to sow division within the country, and to promote class struggle, must be eliminated.

Workers should organize themselves into national unions, as should employers, and technicians into professional associations, all focused on the organization, efficiency, and optimization of the economy's productive function.

No injustice in the workplace should be tolerated, such as labor exploitation, worker unrest, or any other practice that directly or indirectly contributes to any subversive action of a Marxist nature or any other ideology that threatens the state of order.

TAXES AND THE STATE BUDGET.

The law here is simple. To lower taxes and thus alleviate the fiscal burden on the population, public spending must first be reduced, all gradually. This obviously requires sacrifice, but it is the tool that will allow the population to develop independently and prosper.

A strict fiscal policy must be applied, ensuring that spending never exceeds revenue to avoid deficits and debt.

This concludes the first part, covering the political and economic aspects. Attempting to create a complete and detailed work is tedious, but I will continue with a second part very soon.

Now, comrades, I close this report.

With my right hand raised.

Hail Victory!
