Issued under the Authority of the Sovereign Imperator this Fifteenth Day of September, in the Year Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

WHEREAS the American Fascist Imperium stands as a sovereign and self-determining power, complete in its authority, unyielding in its purpose, and secure in its own strength; and

WHEREAS the Second International Third Position Committee exists as a gathering of aligned organizations across the world, formed to coordinate mutual effort under a common framework without extinguishing the independence of its members; and

WHEREAS the interests of the American Fascist Imperium and those of the Second International Third Position Committee converge in matters of cooperation, representation, and collective capacity, such that formal accession serves the enduring advantage of both;

NOW, THEREFORE, by the sovereign will of the American Fascist Imperium, and by the hand of its Sovereign Imperator, the following is decreed and enacted:

 

Article I – Accession
 The American Fascist Imperium hereby accedes to the Second International Third Position Committee as a full Member, effective upon the date of this Act.

Article II – Sovereignty Reserved
 The American Fascist Imperium retains, without diminution or impairment, its full and exclusive sovereignty. Nothing in this Act, nor in any instrument of the Second International Third Position Committee, shall be construed as subordinating the Imperium, transferring its ultimate authority, or subjecting its internal order to external command.

Article III – Rights of Membership
 As a full Member, the American Fascist Imperium shall possess:

  • formal representation within the governing organs of the Second International Third Position Committee;

  • the right to participate in all deliberations and decisions open to Members;

  • access to mutual cooperation with the Committee and all associated organizations, including coordination in defense and the selective sharing of resources and/or information where such sharing advances the common interest and is agreed by the Imperium.

Article IV – Obligations of Membership
 The American Fascist Imperium undertakes to act in good faith toward the purposes of the Second International Third Position Committee and to observe those collective commitments that are consistent with its retained sovereignty and that it has expressly accepted.

Article V – Character of the Relationship
 This accession constitutes a formal joining under one coordinating umbrella. It is more than a mere alliance of convenience, yet it remains short of absorption or submission. The relationship is one of mutual reinforcement between sovereign entities, entered into from a position of strength and for lasting reciprocal benefit.

Article VI – Entry into Force
 This Imperial Act of Accession takes effect immediately upon its issuance and signature by the Sovereign Imperator of the American Fascist Imperium.
